its like sitting in a chair without a chair. you put your back against a wall and then bend your knees at a 90 degree angle and put your arms out horizontally.
well its probably both. Your balance and body control is hightened by your core which are the muscles that compose your thorax (i.e. your abs and back and obliques) so work on strengthening those and full body control will follow work on targeting your abs with ab circuits and a medicine ball helps alot when workin on your back muscles, for your obliques try holding like 10 lbs dumbells by your side in each hand and while keeping your legs straight bend your back side to side at the hips (you can always google excercises that target those areas too). Also yoga is awesome for strengthening your core! and plus a strong core improves your posture which will help you look more fit and lean! Hope that helps! keep up the good work and stay beautiful!
