i know its pretty late for a breakfast post but im going to try to post what i eat throught the day to show you that you can eat normal foods and still be healthy.
breakfast today i ate two whole eggs (yolk and all), half a cup of plain yogurt, half a grapefruit, i slice of ezekiel sprouted bread, and a cup of almond milk. thats a pretty good sized breakfast!
