i know its pretty late for a breakfast post but im going to try to post what i eat throught the day to show you that you can eat normal foods and still be healthy.

breakfast today i ate two whole eggs (yolk and all), half a cup of plain yogurt, half a grapefruit, i slice of ezekiel sprouted bread, and a cup of almond milk. thats a pretty good sized breakfast!

can you give me a daily routine to follow? i find it hard to stick to running everday or something like that so a routine would really be helpful. any ideas?

well we have a few different routines on here in picture form, you can make it your background on your computer or print it out and tape it to your fridge so you can never just forget about it.


gonna go work out for the second night in a row, my goal right now is to go every day for two weeks and my reward is a cat! i was going to get one anyway but now i have something to work towards! hope everyone is doing awesome! keep up the good work :)

These are some terrific exercises to do in the morning and at night to burn those hard to tone areas! Do this every morning when you wake up, and every night before you sleep. I suggest 20 reps of each but take it slow until you get use to it!

Helloooo. I just wanted to say, I love this blog. Everything about it is wonderful. Nice to see some Texas chicks kickin' ass :) lol I'm currently at about 250 and want to be at 160. I think.. I've been bigger my whole life, and I'm not sure what weight I should be or how to go about doing it. I want to be down a good amount by November. Not all the way, of course.. but noticeably different. Any helpful hints for a fellow Texan? :D Thank you!

well thanks! and yeah i think that is a totally resonable goal weight. they say a healthy weight loss rate is 1.5 a week and you should start by aiming at loosing 10% of your body weight so that would put you around 25lbs for your first goal. setting small goals is key so you dont get discouraged. but yeah just start by setting weekly goals and building on it. Your not going to be able to run a mile right away so start by just walking a mile every other day for a week and they next week walk it but the last quarter mile try jogging it. what ever your comfortable with setting your pace,but remember be tough on yourself its not going to be easy but push yourself! you can do it! :)
